Winston-Salem is located in central North Carolina’s Piedmont Region offering easy access to both the mountains and the beautiful coast. It is considered North Carolina’s “City of the Arts and Innovation” and boasts a wealth of cultural offerings, history, business opportunities and charm.

Winston-Salem is in Forsyth County, and is the county seat of Forsyth County, North Carolina. The fourth-largest city in the state.
